Last minute cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled booking is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

The client is subject to a $100 compensation fee for travel time, preparation time, and loss of scheduling time for other clients if The Gaza Guy arrives to perform a booked service and cannot fulfill the request due to the following:

No-show of the client.
Work location inaccessible.
Client's failure to inform occupant that work is being done.
Any other circumstance caused by the client which prevents The Gaza Guy from performing the booked service after arriving at the designated location.
